Here’s a little series showing the steps the 3D model goes through to become less “3D-ish” and more cartoony. This was from a time when the characters were going to be more single tone, with no shading. I’ve since changed the style a bit.
I’m getting closer to going live with the site now… I’ve gotten one environment, including props ready for rendering and have begun work on the first of the comics. The first five or six comics all take place in that environment.
